The Brief

Challenge and Objective

GlowSkinco sells skincare products through WhatsApp. The brand had an audience but no structured email system to nurture leads, build trust, or move subscribers toward a purchase decision.

The goal was to build a complete welcome sequence that told the brand story, educated potential customers, and gently pushed them toward buying without feeling pushy.

The Problem

No email nurturing system. Subscribers were signing up with no follow-up and no clear path to purchase.

The Solution

A 4-email storytelling sequence that built trust gradually, starting with empathy, moving through social proof, then converting with urgency.

My Role

Wrote all email copy from scratch. Designed the opt-in pop-up. Built and structured the full sequence inside MailerLite.
